This is our second time to Madrid but we really enjoyed we stay in this hotel, we were given a executive room for us and our two kids so the room was lovely and big. The hotel was situated with the metro on the doorstep and the bus right outside that run every few minutes. The breakfast was ok, the kids enjoyed themselves. Just down from the hotel there is a river bed which we walked both ways and it was lovely too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel for the weary traveller. We flew in to Madrid after 25 hours. We caught the renfe train from T4 at the airport to Piramides. The hotel had given us instructions and we had no idea how valuable this was because we speak no Spanish. Single train get off at the station and its right next door to the station exit. Hotel Staff were helpful and directed us to a “snack bar” next door if we were hungry. Great move. The Pintxoteca Piramides fantastic!!! Next morning we walked the block and found a number of cheap street cafes In summary Rafaelhoteles Piramides is a good place to recover from a flight to Madrid and excellently placed

My husband and I stayed at this location traveling with a group. We did not have to deal with the reception staff, so no comments there. The hotel has 3 elevators, all of which were working. We did not ever have to wait that long for an elevator. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. The employees there kept everything restocked, and were quick to clean tables when guests were done. They opened the area early when another group had to leave early. Our group left very early one morning, and they had breakfast bags for us to take. Our room was comfortable and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. We didn't have a *view*, per se, but we were only in the room to sleep and shower, so that was ok. It had a good location and was a busy location most days. Lots of eating and drinking convenient to the hotel. We would stay there again if visiting this beautiful city!

I stayed at this hotel last week. The location is super, right next to the metro. You can actually take the train from the airport to the hotel. It has very good places to eat around the neighborhood. You can get on the metro and be in the center of the city in minutes, the location is great. The staff is super professional and nice, always ready to help you with anything you need. I have to mention that Mireia was above and beyond, from the first day she explained all we needed to know she was very helpful and professional. I will come back for sure to this hotel on my next visit to Madrid.

Recently spent a month travelling around Spain and stayed here for 4 days. I would have to say this is a very underrated hotel. We stayed at a hotel in the Gran Via area that was 3 times as much and it was nice but for the price this was the best bang for the buck. It’s right next to the bus stop and the metro so you can get pretty much anywhere. All staff were professional and courteous and it’s a nicer quiet area where you can sit out in the park and enjoy a relaxing evening if you wish. Rooms were good sized for Europe and there is a fridge and safe. AC was nice and cold even during the heat wave. If ever returning to Madrid this hotel will be at the top of my list. I’d like to thank Chema for arranging our taxi and calling a restaurant for me. To end this review, I want to give a special shout out to the best hotel employee I have ever encountered – Roberto! I’ve travelled to many hotels across many countries and Roberto is at the top of my list of customer service employees. Roberto was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He truly is the epiphany of great customer service.
